MakeForms Dropbox Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

MakeForms

Trigger Event

On Form Submit

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Form Submit event occurs in MakeForms.

Connect Your MakeForms

Select the MakeForms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Dropbox as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Dropbox

Select an Action Event:

• Upload File When “On Form Submit” occurs in MakeForms, use the submitted data to run “Upload File” in Dropbox.
• Download File When “On Form Submit” occurs in MakeForms, use the submitted data to run “Download File” in Dropbox.
• Delete File When “On Form Submit” occurs in MakeForms, use the submitted data to run “Delete File” in Dropbox.

Description:

This action sends data from MakeForms to Dropbox and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map MakeForms Data with Dropbox Inputs

Map the available data from MakeForms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Dropbox action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submit trigger and verify the selected Dropbox actions:

• Confirm that Upload File completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Dropbox.
• Confirm that Download File completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Dropbox.
• Confirm that Delete File completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Dropbox.

Then activate your workflow.
