LearnPress Ninja Tables Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

LearnPress

Trigger Event

User Enrolled in Course

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User Enrolled in Course event occurs in LearnPress.

Connect Your LearnPress

Select the LearnPress source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Ninja Tables as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Ninja Tables

Select an Action Event:

• Add Row in Table When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Add Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.
• Delete Row in Table When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Delete Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.
• Update Row in Table When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Update Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.

Description:

This action sends data from LearnPress to Ninja Tables and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map LearnPress Data with Ninja Tables Inputs

Map the available data from LearnPress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Ninja Tables action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User Enrolled in Course trigger and verify the selected Ninja Tables actions:
