LearnPress AITable Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

LearnPress

Trigger Event

User Enrolled in Course

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User Enrolled in Course event occurs in LearnPress.

Connect Your LearnPress

Select the LearnPress source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add AITable as an Action

Click:

Add Action → AITable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in AITable.
• Update Record When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in AITable.
• Find Records When “User Enrolled in Course” occurs in LearnPress, use the submitted data to run “Find Records” in AITable.

Description:

This action sends data from LearnPress to AITable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map LearnPress Data with AITable Inputs

Map the available data from LearnPress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected AITable action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User Enrolled in Course trigger and verify the selected AITable actions:

• Confirm that Create Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in AITable.
• Confirm that Update Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in AITable.
• Confirm that Find Records completes successfully and processes the mapped data in AITable.

Then activate your workflow.
