Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

GamiPress

Trigger Event

A User Earns A Rank

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the A User Earns A Rank event occurs in GamiPress.

Add Brilliant Directories as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Brilliant Directories

Select an Action Event:

• Create Member When “A User Earns A Rank” occurs in GamiPress, use the submitted data to run “Create Member” in Brilliant Directories.
• Update Member When “A User Earns A Rank” occurs in GamiPress, use the submitted data to run “Update Member” in Brilliant Directories.
• Delete Member When “A User Earns A Rank” occurs in GamiPress, use the submitted data to run “Delete Member” in Brilliant Directories.

Description:

This action sends data from GamiPress to Brilliant Directories and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map GamiPress Data with Brilliant Directories Inputs

Map the available data from GamiPress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Brilliant Directories action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the A User Earns A Rank trigger and verify the selected Brilliant Directories actions:

• Confirm that Create Member completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Brilliant Directories.
