Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Brilliant Directories

Trigger Event

New Member Signup

Description:

Click:

Add Action → Instagram

Select an Action Event:

• Publish Video When “New Member Signup” occurs in Brilliant Directories, use the submitted data to run “Publish Video” in Instagram.
• Publish Reel When “New Member Signup” occurs in Brilliant Directories, use the submitted data to run “Publish Reel” in Instagram.

Description:

This action sends data from Brilliant Directories to Instagram and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Brilliant Directories Data with Instagram Inputs

Map the available data from Brilliant Directories to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Instagram action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Member Signup trigger and verify the selected Instagram actions:
