Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FunnelKit Automations

Trigger Event

Contact Added to List

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Contact Added to List event occurs in FunnelKit Automations.

Connect Your FunnelKit Automations

Select the FunnelKit Automations source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add ElementsKit as an Action

Click:

Add Action → ElementsKit

Select an Action Event:

• Create Template When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Create Template” in ElementsKit.
• Update Template When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Update Template” in ElementsKit.
• Update Template Activation When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Update Template Activation” in ElementsKit.

Description:

This action sends data from FunnelKit Automations to ElementsKit and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FunnelKit Automations Data with ElementsKit Inputs

Map the available data from FunnelKit Automations to the compatible inputs provided by the selected ElementsKit action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Contact Added to List trigger and verify the selected ElementsKit actions:

• Confirm that Create Template completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ElementsKit.
• Confirm that Update Template completes successfully and processes the mapped data in ElementsKit.
