Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

FunnelKit Automations

Trigger Event

Contact Added to List

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Contact Added to List event occurs in FunnelKit Automations.

Select the FunnelKit Automations source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Dropbox as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Dropbox

Select an Action Event:

• Upload File When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Upload File” in Dropbox.
• Download File When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Download File” in Dropbox.
• Delete File When “Contact Added to List” occurs in FunnelKit Automations, use the submitted data to run “Delete File” in Dropbox.

Description:

This action sends data from FunnelKit Automations to Dropbox and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map FunnelKit Automations Data with Dropbox Inputs

Map the available data from FunnelKit Automations to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Dropbox action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Contact Added to List trigger and verify the selected Dropbox actions:

• Confirm that Upload File completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Dropbox.
