Events Manager WP Courseware Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Events Manager

Trigger Event

Booking Status Changed

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Booking Status Changed event occurs in Events Manager.

Connect Your Events Manager

Select the Events Manager source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add WP Courseware as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WP Courseware

Select an Action Event:

• Enroll User to Course When “Booking Status Changed” occurs in Events Manager, use the submitted data to run “Enroll User to Course” in WP Courseware.

Description:

This action sends data from Events Manager to WP Courseware and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Events Manager Data with WP Courseware Inputs

Map the available data from Events Manager to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WP Courseware action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Booking Status Changed trigger and verify the selected WP Courseware actions:

• Confirm that Enroll User to Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP Courseware.

Then activate your workflow.
