ConvertPro Trello Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

ConvertPro

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in ConvertPro.

Connect Your ConvertPro

Select the ConvertPro source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Trello as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Trello

Select an Action Event:

• Create Card When “Form Submission” occurs in ConvertPro, use the submitted data to run “Create Card” in Trello.
• Get Card When “Form Submission” occurs in ConvertPro, use the submitted data to run “Get Card” in Trello.
• Update Card When “Form Submission” occurs in ConvertPro, use the submitted data to run “Update Card” in Trello.

Description:

This action sends data from ConvertPro to Trello and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map ConvertPro Data with Trello Inputs

Map the available data from ConvertPro to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Trello action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Trello actions:

• Confirm that Create Card completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Trello.
• Confirm that Get Card completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Trello.
• Confirm that Update Card completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Trello.

Then activate your workflow.
