Trello Zendesk Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Trello

Trigger Event

New Card

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Card event occurs in Trello.

Connect Your Trello

Select the Trello source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Zendesk as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Zendesk

Select an Action Event:

• Create Ticket When “New Card” occurs in Trello, use the submitted data to run “Create Ticket” in Zendesk.
• Update Ticket When “New Card” occurs in Trello, use the submitted data to run “Update Ticket” in Zendesk.
• Delete Ticket When “New Card” occurs in Trello, use the submitted data to run “Delete Ticket” in Zendesk.

Description:

This action sends data from Trello to Zendesk and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Trello Data with Zendesk Inputs

Map the available data from Trello to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Zendesk action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Card trigger and verify the selected Zendesk actions:

• Confirm that Create Ticket completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Zendesk.
• Confirm that Update Ticket completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Zendesk.
• Confirm that Delete Ticket completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Zendesk.

Then activate your workflow.
