Avada Forms WP Courseware Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Avada Forms

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in Avada Forms.

Connect Your Avada Forms

Select the Avada Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add WP Courseware as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WP Courseware

Select an Action Event:

• Enroll User to Course When “Form Submission” occurs in Avada Forms, use the submitted data to run “Enroll User to Course” in WP Courseware.

Description:

This action sends data from Avada Forms to WP Courseware and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Avada Forms Data with WP Courseware Inputs

Map the available data from Avada Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WP Courseware action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected WP Courseware actions:

• Confirm that Enroll User to Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP Courseware.

Then activate your workflow.
