Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Avada Forms

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in Avada Forms.

Connect Your Avada Forms

Select the Avada Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add MailRefine as an Action

Click:

Add Action → MailRefine

Select an Action Event:

• Verify Single Email When “Form Submission” occurs in Avada Forms, use the submitted data to run “Verify Single Email” in MailRefine.

Description:

This action sends data from Avada Forms to MailRefine and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Avada Forms Data with MailRefine Inputs

Map the available data from Avada Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected MailRefine action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected MailRefine actions:

• Confirm that Verify Single Email completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailRefine.

Then activate your workflow.
