Zoom MemberPress Course Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Zoom

Trigger Event

Meeting Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Meeting Created event occurs in Zoom.

Connect Your Zoom

Select the Zoom source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add MemberPress Course as an Action

Click:

Add Action → MemberPress Course

Select an Action Event:

• Complete Course When “Meeting Created” occurs in Zoom, use the submitted data to run “Complete Course” in MemberPress Course.
• Complete Lesson When “Meeting Created” occurs in Zoom, use the submitted data to run “Complete Lesson” in MemberPress Course.
• Reset User Progress When “Meeting Created” occurs in Zoom, use the submitted data to run “Reset User Progress” in MemberPress Course.

Description:

This action sends data from Zoom to MemberPress Course and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Zoom Data with MemberPress Course Inputs

Map the available data from Zoom to the compatible inputs provided by the selected MemberPress Course action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Meeting Created trigger and verify the selected MemberPress Course actions:

• Confirm that Complete Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MemberPress Course.
• Confirm that Complete Lesson completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MemberPress Course.
• Confirm that Reset User Progress completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MemberPress Course.

Then activate your workflow.
