Zoom Google Docs Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Zoom

Trigger Event

Meeting Created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Meeting Created event occurs in Zoom.

Connect Your Zoom

Select the Zoom source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Google Docs as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Google Docs

Select an Action Event:

• Create Document When “Meeting Created” occurs in Zoom, use the submitted data to run “Create Document” in Google Docs.
• Create Document from Template When “Meeting Created” occurs in Zoom, use the submitted data to run “Create Document from Template” in Google Docs.
• Append Text When “Meeting Created” occurs in Zoom, use the submitted data to run “Append Text” in Google Docs.

Description:

This action sends data from Zoom to Google Docs and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Zoom Data with Google Docs Inputs

Map the available data from Zoom to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Google Docs action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Meeting Created trigger and verify the selected Google Docs actions:

• Confirm that Create Document completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Docs.
• Confirm that Create Document from Template completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Docs.
• Confirm that Append Text completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Docs.

Then activate your workflow.
