Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Zoho Forms

Trigger Event

Form submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form submission event occurs in Zoho Forms.

Connect Your Zoho Forms

Select the Zoho Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add Jot Form as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Jot Form

Select an Action Event:

• Create Form When “Form submission” occurs in Zoho Forms, use the submitted data to run “Create Form” in Jot Form.

Description:

This action sends data from Zoho Forms to Jot Form and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Zoho Forms Data with Jot Form Inputs

Map the available data from Zoho Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Jot Form action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form submission trigger and verify the selected Jot Form actions:

• Confirm that Create Form completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Jot Form.

Then activate your workflow.
