Zendesk Razorpay Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Zendesk

Trigger Event

Article Author Changed

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Article Author Changed event occurs in Zendesk.

Connect Your Zendesk

Select the Zendesk source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Razorpay as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Razorpay

Select an Action Event:

• Create Customer When “Article Author Changed” occurs in Zendesk, use the submitted data to run “Create Customer” in Razorpay.
• Update Customer When “Article Author Changed” occurs in Zendesk, use the submitted data to run “Update Customer” in Razorpay.
• Create Item When “Article Author Changed” occurs in Zendesk, use the submitted data to run “Create Item” in Razorpay.

Description:

This action sends data from Zendesk to Razorpay and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Zendesk Data with Razorpay Inputs

Map the available data from Zendesk to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Razorpay action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Article Author Changed trigger and verify the selected Razorpay actions:

• Confirm that Create Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Razorpay.
• Confirm that Update Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Razorpay.
• Confirm that Create Item completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Razorpay.

Then activate your workflow.
