Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

wpForo Forum

Trigger Event

New topic added

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New topic added event occurs in wpForo Forum.

Connect Your wpForo Forum

Select the wpForo Forum source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Google Drive as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Google Drive

Select an Action Event:

• Upload File When “New topic added” occurs in wpForo Forum, use the submitted data to run “Upload File” in Google Drive.
• Get File When “New topic added” occurs in wpForo Forum, use the submitted data to run “Get File” in Google Drive.
• Download File When “New topic added” occurs in wpForo Forum, use the submitted data to run “Download File” in Google Drive.

Description:

This action sends data from wpForo Forum to Google Drive and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map wpForo Forum Data with Google Drive Inputs

Map the available data from wpForo Forum to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Google Drive action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New topic added trigger and verify the selected Google Drive actions:

• Confirm that Upload File completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Drive.
