Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

wpForms

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in wpForms.

Connect Your wpForms

Select the wpForms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add SEOPress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → SEOPress

Select an Action Event:

• Get Post Meta When “Form Submission” occurs in wpForms, use the submitted data to run “Get Post Meta” in SEOPress.
• Update Post Meta When “Form Submission” occurs in wpForms, use the submitted data to run “Update Post Meta” in SEOPress.
• Get All Posts with SEO Meta When “Form Submission” occurs in wpForms, use the submitted data to run “Get All Posts with SEO Meta” in SEOPress.

Description:

This action sends data from wpForms to SEOPress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map wpForms Data with SEOPress Inputs

Map the available data from wpForms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected SEOPress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected SEOPress actions:

• Confirm that Get Post Meta completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SEOPress.
• Confirm that Update Post Meta completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SEOPress.
• Confirm that Get All Posts with SEO Meta completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SEOPress.

Then activate your workflow.
