wpForms PeepSo Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

wpForms

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in wpForms.

Connect Your wpForms

Select the wpForms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add PeepSo as an Action

Click:

Add Action → PeepSo

Select an Action Event:

• Add Post to Activity Stream When “Form Submission” occurs in wpForms, use the submitted data to run “Add Post to Activity Stream” in PeepSo.
• Change User Role When “Form Submission” occurs in wpForms, use the submitted data to run “Change User Role” in PeepSo.
• Follow User When “Form Submission” occurs in wpForms, use the submitted data to run “Follow User” in PeepSo.

Description:

This action sends data from wpForms to PeepSo and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map wpForms Data with PeepSo Inputs

Map the available data from wpForms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected PeepSo action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected PeepSo actions:

• Confirm that Add Post to Activity Stream completes successfully and processes the mapped data in PeepSo.
• Confirm that Change User Role completes successfully and processes the mapped data in PeepSo.
• Confirm that Follow User completes successfully and processes the mapped data in PeepSo.

Then activate your workflow.
