wpDataTables Pointics Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

wpDataTables

Trigger Event

Table saved

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Table saved event occurs in wpDataTables.

Connect Your wpDataTables

Select the wpDataTables source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Pointics as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Pointics

Select an Action Event:

• Adjust Points When “Table saved” occurs in wpDataTables, use the submitted data to run “Adjust Points” in Pointics.
• Get Balance When “Table saved” occurs in wpDataTables, use the submitted data to run “Get Balance” in Pointics.
• Get Points History When “Table saved” occurs in wpDataTables, use the submitted data to run “Get Points History” in Pointics.

Description:

This action sends data from wpDataTables to Pointics and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map wpDataTables Data with Pointics Inputs

Map the available data from wpDataTables to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Pointics action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Table saved trigger and verify the selected Pointics actions:

• Confirm that Adjust Points completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pointics.
• Confirm that Get Balance completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pointics.
• Confirm that Get Points History completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pointics.

Then activate your workflow.
