wpDataTables MailWizz Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

wpDataTables

Trigger Event

Table saved

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Table saved event occurs in wpDataTables.

Connect Your wpDataTables

Select the wpDataTables source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add MailWizz as an Action

Click:

Add Action → MailWizz

Select an Action Event:

• Create Subscriber When “Table saved” occurs in wpDataTables, use the submitted data to run “Create Subscriber” in MailWizz.
• Search Subscribers by Email When “Table saved” occurs in wpDataTables, use the submitted data to run “Search Subscribers by Email” in MailWizz.
• Unsubscribe When “Table saved” occurs in wpDataTables, use the submitted data to run “Unsubscribe” in MailWizz.

Description:

This action sends data from wpDataTables to MailWizz and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map wpDataTables Data with MailWizz Inputs

Map the available data from wpDataTables to the compatible inputs provided by the selected MailWizz action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Table saved trigger and verify the selected MailWizz actions:

• Confirm that Create Subscriber completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailWizz.
• Confirm that Search Subscribers by Email completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailWizz.
• Confirm that Unsubscribe completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MailWizz.

Then activate your workflow.
