Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WP User Frontend

Trigger Event

Post Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Post Form Submission event occurs in WP User Frontend.

Connect Your WP User Frontend

Select the WP User Frontend source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Sendy as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Sendy

Select an Action Event:

• Create Campaign When “Post Form Submission” occurs in WP User Frontend, use the submitted data to run “Create Campaign” in Sendy.
• Add Subscriber When “Post Form Submission” occurs in WP User Frontend, use the submitted data to run “Add Subscriber” in Sendy.
• Unsubscribe When “Post Form Submission” occurs in WP User Frontend, use the submitted data to run “Unsubscribe” in Sendy.

Description:

This action sends data from WP User Frontend to Sendy and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WP User Frontend Data with Sendy Inputs

Map the available data from WP User Frontend to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Sendy action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Post Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Sendy actions:

• Confirm that Create Campaign completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Sendy.
