Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WP Simple Pay

Trigger Event

User completes payment for a form

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User completes payment for a form event occurs in WP Simple Pay.

Connect Your WP Simple Pay

Select the WP Simple Pay source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add n8n as an Action

Click:

Add Action → n8n

Select an Action Event:

• Make a Request When “User completes payment for a form” occurs in WP Simple Pay, use the submitted data to run “Make a Request” in n8n.

Description:

This action sends data from WP Simple Pay to n8n and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WP Simple Pay Data with n8n Inputs

Map the available data from WP Simple Pay to the compatible inputs provided by the selected n8n action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User completes payment for a form trigger and verify the selected n8n actions:

• Confirm that Make a Request completes successfully and processes the mapped data in n8n.

Then activate your workflow.
