WP All Import Elastic Mail Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WP All Import

Trigger Event

Import Completed

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Import Completed event occurs in WP All Import.

Connect Your WP All Import

Select the WP All Import source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Elastic Mail as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Elastic Mail

Select an Action Event:

• Create Contact When “Import Completed” occurs in WP All Import, use the submitted data to run “Create Contact” in Elastic Mail.

Description:

This action sends data from WP All Import to Elastic Mail and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WP All Import Data with Elastic Mail Inputs

Map the available data from WP All Import to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Elastic Mail action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Import Completed trigger and verify the selected Elastic Mail actions:

• Confirm that Create Contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Elastic Mail.

Then activate your workflow.
