WooCommerce SureMembers Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WooCommerce

Trigger Event

On New Order Create

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On New Order Create event occurs in WooCommerce.

Connect Your WooCommerce

Select the WooCommerce source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add SureMembers as an Action

Click:

Add Action → SureMembers

Select an Action Event:

• Add User to Access Group When “On New Order Create” occurs in WooCommerce, use the submitted data to run “Add User to Access Group” in SureMembers.
• Remove User from Access Group When “On New Order Create” occurs in WooCommerce, use the submitted data to run “Remove User from Access Group” in SureMembers.

Description:

This action sends data from WooCommerce to SureMembers and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WooCommerce Data with SureMembers Inputs

Map the available data from WooCommerce to the compatible inputs provided by the selected SureMembers action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On New Order Create trigger and verify the selected SureMembers actions:

• Confirm that Add User to Access Group completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SureMembers.
• Confirm that Remove User from Access Group completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SureMembers.

Then activate your workflow.
