Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WooCommerce Bookings

Trigger Event

Booking created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Booking created event occurs in WooCommerce Bookings.

Connect Your WooCommerce Bookings

Select the WooCommerce Bookings source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add FluentBoards as an Action

Click:

Add Action → FluentBoards

Select an Action Event:

• List All Boards When “Booking created” occurs in WooCommerce Bookings, use the submitted data to run “List All Boards” in FluentBoards.
• Get a Single Board When “Booking created” occurs in WooCommerce Bookings, use the submitted data to run “Get a Single Board” in FluentBoards.
• Create a Board When “Booking created” occurs in WooCommerce Bookings, use the submitted data to run “Create a Board” in FluentBoards.

Description:

This action sends data from WooCommerce Bookings to FluentBoards and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WooCommerce Bookings Data with FluentBoards Inputs

Map the available data from WooCommerce Bookings to the compatible inputs provided by the selected FluentBoards action.

Test and Activate Workflow
