Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WooCommerce Bookings

Trigger Event

Booking created

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Booking created event occurs in WooCommerce Bookings.

Connect Your WooCommerce Bookings

Select the WooCommerce Bookings source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Airtable as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Airtable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “Booking created” occurs in WooCommerce Bookings, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in Airtable.
• Update Record When “Booking created” occurs in WooCommerce Bookings, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in Airtable.
• Delete Record When “Booking created” occurs in WooCommerce Bookings, use the submitted data to run “Delete Record” in Airtable.

Description:

This action sends data from WooCommerce Bookings to Airtable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WooCommerce Bookings Data with Airtable Inputs

Map the available data from WooCommerce Bookings to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Airtable action.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Booking created trigger and verify the selected Airtable actions:
