Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

weForms

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in weForms.

Connect Your weForms

Select the weForms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Klaviyo as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Klaviyo

Select an Action Event:

• Create A Profile When “Form Submission” occurs in weForms, use the submitted data to run “Create A Profile” in Klaviyo.
• Create A List When “Form Submission” occurs in weForms, use the submitted data to run “Create A List” in Klaviyo.
• Create An Event When “Form Submission” occurs in weForms, use the submitted data to run “Create An Event” in Klaviyo.

Description:

This action sends data from weForms to Klaviyo and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map weForms Data with Klaviyo Inputs

Map the available data from weForms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Klaviyo action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Klaviyo actions:

• Confirm that Create A Profile completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Klaviyo.
• Confirm that Create A List completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Klaviyo.
• Confirm that Create An Event completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Klaviyo.

Then activate your workflow.
