Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

WC Affiliate

Trigger Event

Affiliate application submitted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Affiliate application submitted event occurs in WC Affiliate.

Connect Your WC Affiliate

Select the WC Affiliate source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Advanced Coupons as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Advanced Coupons

Select an Action Event:

• Add Store Credit to User When “Affiliate application submitted” occurs in WC Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Add Store Credit to User” in Advanced Coupons.
• Remove Store Credit from User When “Affiliate application submitted” occurs in WC Affiliate, use the submitted data to run “Remove Store Credit from User” in Advanced Coupons.

Description:

This action sends data from WC Affiliate to Advanced Coupons and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map WC Affiliate Data with Advanced Coupons Inputs

Map the available data from WC Affiliate to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Advanced Coupons action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Affiliate application submitted trigger and verify the selected Advanced Coupons actions:
