UserFeedback Instagram Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

UserFeedback

Trigger Event

Survey Response

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Survey Response event occurs in UserFeedback.

Connect Your UserFeedback

Select the UserFeedback source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Instagram as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Instagram

Select an Action Event:

• Publish Image When “Survey Response” occurs in UserFeedback, use the submitted data to run “Publish Image” in Instagram.
• Publish Video When “Survey Response” occurs in UserFeedback, use the submitted data to run “Publish Video” in Instagram.
• Publish Reel When “Survey Response” occurs in UserFeedback, use the submitted data to run “Publish Reel” in Instagram.

Description:

This action sends data from UserFeedback to Instagram and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map UserFeedback Data with Instagram Inputs

Map the available data from UserFeedback to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Instagram action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Survey Response trigger and verify the selected Instagram actions:

• Confirm that Publish Image completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Instagram.
• Confirm that Publish Video completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Instagram.
• Confirm that Publish Reel completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Instagram.

Then activate your workflow.
