Ultimate Member Privyr Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Ultimate Member

Trigger Event

User Login via Form

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User Login via Form event occurs in Ultimate Member.

Connect Your Ultimate Member

Select the Ultimate Member source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Privyr as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Privyr

Select an Action Event:

• Create Lead When “User Login via Form” occurs in Ultimate Member, use the submitted data to run “Create Lead” in Privyr.
• Add Activities to a Client When “User Login via Form” occurs in Ultimate Member, use the submitted data to run “Add Activities to a Client” in Privyr.

Description:

This action sends data from Ultimate Member to Privyr and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Ultimate Member Data with Privyr Inputs

Map the available data from Ultimate Member to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Privyr action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User Login via Form trigger and verify the selected Privyr actions:

• Confirm that Create Lead completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Privyr.
• Confirm that Add Activities to a Client completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Privyr.

Then activate your workflow.
