Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Typeform

Trigger Event

On Form Submit

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Form Submit event occurs in Typeform.

Connect Your Typeform

Select the Typeform source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add WP ERP as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WP ERP

Select an Action Event:

• Create contact When “On Form Submit” occurs in Typeform, use the submitted data to run “Create contact” in WP ERP.
• Update contact When “On Form Submit” occurs in Typeform, use the submitted data to run “Update contact” in WP ERP.
• Delete contact When “On Form Submit” occurs in Typeform, use the submitted data to run “Delete contact” in WP ERP.

Description:

This action sends data from Typeform to WP ERP and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Typeform Data with WP ERP Inputs

Map the available data from Typeform to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WP ERP action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submit trigger and verify the selected WP ERP actions:

• Confirm that Create contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP ERP.
• Confirm that Update contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP ERP.
• Confirm that Delete contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP ERP.
