Tripetto WSMS (WP SMS) Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Tripetto

Trigger Event

Forms Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Forms Submission event occurs in Tripetto.

Connect Your Tripetto

Select the Tripetto source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add WSMS (WP SMS) as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WSMS (WP SMS)

Select an Action Event:

• Send SMS When “Forms Submission” occurs in Tripetto, use the submitted data to run “Send SMS” in WSMS (WP SMS).
• Get SMS Balance When “Forms Submission” occurs in Tripetto, use the submitted data to run “Get SMS Balance” in WSMS (WP SMS).
• Add Subscriber When “Forms Submission” occurs in Tripetto, use the submitted data to run “Add Subscriber” in WSMS (WP SMS).

Description:

This action sends data from Tripetto to WSMS (WP SMS) and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Tripetto Data with WSMS (WP SMS) Inputs

Map the available data from Tripetto to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WSMS (WP SMS) action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Forms Submission trigger and verify the selected WSMS (WP SMS) actions:

• Confirm that Send SMS completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WSMS (WP SMS).
• Confirm that Get SMS Balance completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WSMS (WP SMS).
• Confirm that Add Subscriber completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WSMS (WP SMS).

Then activate your workflow.
