Trello BuddyPress Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Trello

Trigger Event

New Card

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Card event occurs in Trello.

Connect Your Trello

Select the Trello source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add BuddyPress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → BuddyPress

Select an Action Event:

• Create Activity When “New Card” occurs in Trello, use the submitted data to run “Create Activity” in BuddyPress.
• Create Activity Comment When “New Card” occurs in Trello, use the submitted data to run “Create Activity Comment” in BuddyPress.
• Favorite Activity When “New Card” occurs in Trello, use the submitted data to run “Favorite Activity” in BuddyPress.

Description:

This action sends data from Trello to BuddyPress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Trello Data with BuddyPress Inputs

Map the available data from Trello to the compatible inputs provided by the selected BuddyPress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Card trigger and verify the selected BuddyPress actions:

• Confirm that Create Activity completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BuddyPress.
• Confirm that Create Activity Comment completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BuddyPress.
• Confirm that Favorite Activity completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BuddyPress.

Then activate your workflow.
