Tidio Booking Calendar Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Tidio

Trigger Event

a supported trigger event

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the a supported trigger event event occurs in Tidio.

Connect Your Tidio

Select the Tidio source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Booking Calendar as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Booking Calendar

Select an Action Event:

• Create Booking When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Tidio, use the submitted data to run “Create Booking” in Booking Calendar.
• Update Booking When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Tidio, use the submitted data to run “Update Booking” in Booking Calendar.
• Get Booking When “a supported trigger event” occurs in Tidio, use the submitted data to run “Get Booking” in Booking Calendar.

Description:

This action sends data from Tidio to Booking Calendar and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Tidio Data with Booking Calendar Inputs

Map the available data from Tidio to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Booking Calendar action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow
