Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Thrive Leads

Trigger Event

Form Submitted

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submitted event occurs in Thrive Leads.

Connect Your Thrive Leads

Select the Thrive Leads source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add Stripe as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Stripe

Select an Action Event:

• Create a Customer When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Create a Customer” in Stripe.
• Create an Invoice When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Create an Invoice” in Stripe.
• Create a Product When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Create a Product” in Stripe.

Description:

This action sends data from Thrive Leads to Stripe and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Thrive Leads Data with Stripe Inputs

Map the available data from Thrive Leads to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Stripe action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submitted trigger and verify the selected Stripe actions:

• Confirm that Create a Customer completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
• Confirm that Create an Invoice completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
• Confirm that Create a Product completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Stripe.
