Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Thrive Leads

Trigger Event

Form Submitted

Description:

Connect Your Thrive Leads

Select the Thrive Leads source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Add Airtable as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Airtable

Select an Action Event:

• Create Record When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Create Record” in Airtable.
• Update Record When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Update Record” in Airtable.
• Delete Record When “Form Submitted” occurs in Thrive Leads, use the submitted data to run “Delete Record” in Airtable.

Description:

This action sends data from Thrive Leads to Airtable and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Thrive Leads Data with Airtable Inputs

Map the available data from Thrive Leads to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Airtable action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submitted trigger and verify the selected Airtable actions:

• Confirm that Create Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Airtable.
• Confirm that Update Record completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Airtable.
