Tally Forms LearnDash Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Tally Forms

Trigger Event

On Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the On Form Submission event occurs in Tally Forms.

Connect Your Tally Forms

Select the Tally Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add LearnDash as an Action

Click:

Add Action → LearnDash

Select an Action Event:

• Enroll User to Course When “On Form Submission” occurs in Tally Forms, use the submitted data to run “Enroll User to Course” in LearnDash.
• Remove User from Course When “On Form Submission” occurs in Tally Forms, use the submitted data to run “Remove User from Course” in LearnDash.
• Add User to Group When “On Form Submission” occurs in Tally Forms, use the submitted data to run “Add User to Group” in LearnDash.

Description:

This action sends data from Tally Forms to LearnDash and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Tally Forms Data with LearnDash Inputs

Map the available data from Tally Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected LearnDash action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submission trigger and verify the selected LearnDash actions:

• Confirm that Enroll User to Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in LearnDash.
• Confirm that Remove User from Course completes successfully and processes the mapped data in LearnDash.
• Confirm that Add User to Group completes successfully and processes the mapped data in LearnDash.

Then activate your workflow.
