Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SurveyNinja

Trigger Event

On Form Submission

Add B2BKing as an Action

Click:

Add Action → B2BKing

Select an Action Event:

• Update customer group When “On Form Submission” occurs in SurveyNinja, use the submitted data to run “Update customer group” in B2BKing.
• Approve customer When “On Form Submission” occurs in SurveyNinja, use the submitted data to run “Approve customer” in B2BKing.
• Enable B2B for user When “On Form Submission” occurs in SurveyNinja, use the submitted data to run “Enable B2B for user” in B2BKing.

Description:

This action sends data from SurveyNinja to B2BKing and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SurveyNinja Data with B2BKing Inputs

Map the available data from SurveyNinja to the compatible inputs provided by the selected B2BKing action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the On Form Submission trigger and verify the selected B2BKing actions:
