SureMember WP ERP Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SureMember

Trigger Event

User Added To Access Group

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User Added To Access Group event occurs in SureMember.

Connect Your SureMember

Select the SureMember source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add WP ERP as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WP ERP

Select an Action Event:

• Create contact When “User Added To Access Group” occurs in SureMember, use the submitted data to run “Create contact” in WP ERP.
• Update contact When “User Added To Access Group” occurs in SureMember, use the submitted data to run “Update contact” in WP ERP.
• Delete contact When “User Added To Access Group” occurs in SureMember, use the submitted data to run “Delete contact” in WP ERP.

Description:

This action sends data from SureMember to WP ERP and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SureMember Data with WP ERP Inputs

Map the available data from SureMember to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WP ERP action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User Added To Access Group trigger and verify the selected WP ERP actions:

• Confirm that Create contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP ERP.
• Confirm that Update contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP ERP.
• Confirm that Delete contact completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WP ERP.
