Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SureFeedback

Trigger Event

New Comment On Site

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Comment On Site event occurs in SureFeedback.

Connect Your SureFeedback

Select the SureFeedback source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add SureMembers as an Action

Click:

Add Action → SureMembers

Select an Action Event:

• Add User to Access Group When “New Comment On Site” occurs in SureFeedback, use the submitted data to run “Add User to Access Group” in SureMembers.
• Remove User from Access Group When “New Comment On Site” occurs in SureFeedback, use the submitted data to run “Remove User from Access Group” in SureMembers.

Description:

This action sends data from SureFeedback to SureMembers and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SureFeedback Data with SureMembers Inputs

Map the available data from SureFeedback to the compatible inputs provided by the selected SureMembers action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Comment On Site trigger and verify the selected SureMembers actions:

• Confirm that Add User to Access Group completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SureMembers.
• Confirm that Remove User from Access Group completes successfully and processes the mapped data in SureMembers.

Then activate your workflow.
