SureFeedback Paymattic Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SureFeedback

Trigger Event

New Comment On Site

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Comment On Site event occurs in SureFeedback.

Connect Your SureFeedback

Select the SureFeedback source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add Paymattic as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Paymattic

Select an Action Event:

• Change Payment Status When “New Comment On Site” occurs in SureFeedback, use the submitted data to run “Change Payment Status” in Paymattic.

Description:

This action sends data from SureFeedback to Paymattic and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SureFeedback Data with Paymattic Inputs

Map the available data from SureFeedback to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Paymattic action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Comment On Site trigger and verify the selected Paymattic actions:

• Confirm that Change Payment Status completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Paymattic.

Then activate your workflow.
