Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

SEOPress

Trigger Event

SEO Metabox Saved

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the SEO Metabox Saved event occurs in SEOPress.

Connect Your SEOPress

Select the SEOPress source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Pipedrive as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Pipedrive

Select an Action Event:

• Add Person When “SEO Metabox Saved” occurs in SEOPress, use the submitted data to run “Add Person” in Pipedrive.
• Delete Person When “SEO Metabox Saved” occurs in SEOPress, use the submitted data to run “Delete Person” in Pipedrive.
• Get Person When “SEO Metabox Saved” occurs in SEOPress, use the submitted data to run “Get Person” in Pipedrive.

Description:

This action sends data from SEOPress to Pipedrive and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map SEOPress Data with Pipedrive Inputs

Map the available data from SEOPress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Pipedrive action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the SEO Metabox Saved trigger and verify the selected Pipedrive actions:

• Confirm that Add Person completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pipedrive.
• Confirm that Delete Person completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pipedrive.
• Confirm that Get Person completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Pipedrive.

Then activate your workflow.
