Sendy Bookly Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Sendy

Trigger Event

New Subscriber

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New Subscriber event occurs in Sendy.

Connect Your Sendy

Select the Sendy source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Bookly as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Bookly

Select an Action Event:

• Create appointment When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “Create appointment” in Bookly.
• Update appointment status When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “Update appointment status” in Bookly.
• Delete appointment When “New Subscriber” occurs in Sendy, use the submitted data to run “Delete appointment” in Bookly.

Description:

This action sends data from Sendy to Bookly and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Sendy Data with Bookly Inputs

Map the available data from Sendy to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Bookly action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the New Subscriber trigger and verify the selected Bookly actions:

• Confirm that Create appointment completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bookly.
• Confirm that Update appointment status completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bookly.
• Confirm that Delete appointment completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bookly.

Then activate your workflow.
