Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Secure Custom Fields

Trigger Event

Options Page Field is Updated

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Options Page Field is Updated event occurs in Secure Custom Fields.

Connect Your Secure Custom Fields

Select the Secure Custom Fields source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add WishList Member as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WishList Member

Select an Action Event:

• Create New Level When “Options Page Field is Updated” occurs in Secure Custom Fields, use the submitted data to run “Create New Level” in WishList Member.
• Update Level When “Options Page Field is Updated” occurs in Secure Custom Fields, use the submitted data to run “Update Level” in WishList Member.
• Get Level (All) When “Options Page Field is Updated” occurs in Secure Custom Fields, use the submitted data to run “Get Level (All)” in WishList Member.

Description:

This action sends data from Secure Custom Fields to WishList Member and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Secure Custom Fields Data with WishList Member Inputs

Map the available data from Secure Custom Fields to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WishList Member action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Options Page Field is Updated trigger and verify the selected WishList Member actions:

• Confirm that Create New Level completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WishList Member.
