Razorpay MySQL Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Razorpay

Trigger Event

Create Customer

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Create Customer event occurs in Razorpay.

Connect Your Razorpay

Select the Razorpay source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add MySQL as an Action

Click:

Add Action → MySQL

Select an Action Event:

• Execute query When “Create Customer” occurs in Razorpay, use the submitted data to run “Execute query” in MySQL.
• Insert row When “Create Customer” occurs in Razorpay, use the submitted data to run “Insert row” in MySQL.
• Update rows When “Create Customer” occurs in Razorpay, use the submitted data to run “Update rows” in MySQL.

Description:

This action sends data from Razorpay to MySQL and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Razorpay Data with MySQL Inputs

Map the available data from Razorpay to the compatible inputs provided by the selected MySQL action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Create Customer trigger and verify the selected MySQL actions:

• Confirm that Execute query completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MySQL.
• Confirm that Insert row completes successfully and processes the mapped data in MySQL.
