Razorpay BookingPress Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Razorpay

Trigger Event

Create Customer

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Create Customer event occurs in Razorpay.

Connect Your Razorpay

Select the Razorpay source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add BookingPress as an Action

Click:

Add Action → BookingPress

Select an Action Event:

• Cancel appointment When “Create Customer” occurs in Razorpay, use the submitted data to run “Cancel appointment” in BookingPress.
• Update appointment status When “Create Customer” occurs in Razorpay, use the submitted data to run “Update appointment status” in BookingPress.
• Delete appointment When “Create Customer” occurs in Razorpay, use the submitted data to run “Delete appointment” in BookingPress.

Description:

This action sends data from Razorpay to BookingPress and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Razorpay Data with BookingPress Inputs

Map the available data from Razorpay to the compatible inputs provided by the selected BookingPress action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Create Customer trigger and verify the selected BookingPress actions:

• Confirm that Cancel appointment completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BookingPress.
• Confirm that Update appointment status completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BookingPress.
• Confirm that Delete appointment completes successfully and processes the mapped data in BookingPress.

Then activate your workflow.
