Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Quill Forms

Trigger Event

Form Submission

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Form Submission event occurs in Quill Forms.

Connect Your Quill Forms

Select the Quill Forms source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

Add Paymattic as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Paymattic

Select an Action Event:

• Change Payment Status When “Form Submission” occurs in Quill Forms, use the submitted data to run “Change Payment Status” in Paymattic.

Description:

This action sends data from Quill Forms to Paymattic and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Quill Forms Data with Paymattic Inputs

Map the available data from Quill Forms to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Paymattic action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Form Submission trigger and verify the selected Paymattic actions:

• Confirm that Change Payment Status completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Paymattic.

Then activate your workflow.
