ProfilePress Google Meet Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

ProfilePress

Trigger Event

Customer Updated

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Customer Updated event occurs in ProfilePress.

Connect Your ProfilePress

Select the ProfilePress source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Google Meet as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Google Meet

Select an Action Event:

• Create Meeting When “Customer Updated” occurs in ProfilePress, use the submitted data to run “Create Meeting” in Google Meet.

Description:

This action sends data from ProfilePress to Google Meet and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map ProfilePress Data with Google Meet Inputs

Map the available data from ProfilePress to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Google Meet action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Customer Updated trigger and verify the selected Google Meet actions:

• Confirm that Create Meeting completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Google Meet.

Then activate your workflow.
