Profile Builder Ninja Tables Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Profile Builder

Trigger Event

User Registration

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the User Registration event occurs in Profile Builder.

Connect Your Profile Builder

Select the Profile Builder source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Ninja Tables as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Ninja Tables

Select an Action Event:

• Add Row in Table When “User Registration” occurs in Profile Builder, use the submitted data to run “Add Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.
• Delete Row in Table When “User Registration” occurs in Profile Builder, use the submitted data to run “Delete Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.
• Update Row in Table When “User Registration” occurs in Profile Builder, use the submitted data to run “Update Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.

Description:

This action sends data from Profile Builder to Ninja Tables and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Profile Builder Data with Ninja Tables Inputs

Map the available data from Profile Builder to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Ninja Tables action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the User Registration trigger and verify the selected Ninja Tables actions:

• Confirm that Add Row in Table completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Ninja Tables.
• Confirm that Delete Row in Table completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Ninja Tables.
• Confirm that Update Row in Table completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Ninja Tables.

Then activate your workflow.
